Bartlett Hall was built in 1917, had an addition in 1924 and was remodeled in 2013. It is 104,437 square feet and is an office building. The building is heated by steam and cooled using a chiller and well water. When the solar panels at the Multimodal Transportation Center create a surplus amount of power, it backfeeds to supplement this building as well.
